In February, I was nervous because my director at the time had given me the responsibility to put together a young professional’s dinner for men in the marketplace with the goal of forming a leadership team for Christian Business Men Connection Carolinas (CBMC). Of course, I had not set up one of these before, so I mostly invited men from my director’s list. I believe other than my director, I had met one of the guys. Being the area ambassador, my one action step after dinner was to begin building individual relationships.
My first appointment was over brunch at a local Cracker Barrel. We had set aside two hours, and during the second hour, the Holy Spirit started moving in several of His Nine Power Gifts (spiritual gifts like prophecy, healing, or words of knowledge). He gave me three very specific prophetic words about this guy’s personal life in the form of questions to ask. I told him I had a question, and it went something like, “Do you have a sister, and there’s some major unforgiveness there?” He said yes. I told him I had another question. It went something like, “Do you have an uncle and is there’s major unforgiveness between your uncle, your dad, and you?” He leaned back a little and said yes. I told him that I have one more question, and he said okay. It went something like, “Were you married once before, and there’s major unforgiveness in that relationship?” He said yes and yes. He said that he has a son with his ex-wife. Then, he let me know that he has since remarried someone else. Leaning back in my chair, I began trying hard to backpedal because I suddenly felt a strong self-consciousness, and I thought I observed his discomfort through his own processing of the conversation we just had. The Holy Spirit nudged me to then ask, “It is okay if you have not, but have you heard of the Courts of Heaven?” He said he had, and I told him that I was relieved and surprised to hear that—so many Christians still haven’t discovered the revelation or teaching about coming before God as the Just Judge. He added that he had either been in one of God’s courts or someone else facilitated it.
I encouraged him to pursue each of these three cases in the Courts of Heaven on his own, when he was ready. We looked at the time, and we still had about an hour left.
I knew in my Spirit that each of the situations my three earlier questions pertained to would be their own separate court case. I asked if he wanted to begin one of his court sessions—right there in Cracker Barrel. He said something like, ‘Here? Sure, why not!”
I was brand new to this revelation of going to God as Just Judge! I intuited that God had a full agenda with what was happening at this table. ” Why would He use me?” I had peace that the Godhead was about to walk me through facilitating the Courts of Heaven for this guy, and we were both going to be blown away! We will call him “Bobby.” The Just Judge has to talk to the Counselor inside us for us to hear Him, and we have to care that the Counselor has heard from the Just Judge.
Bobby’s first court case was about the redemption of his relationship with his sister after ten years of being estranged. The tear was due to past sexual perversion. I knew in order to facilitate his session(s) that it would be by faith whether I see or hear or sense anything. That said, I am totally reliant on the Holy Spirit inside me to navigate His nudges. What’s important to highlight is that we must rely on the Holy Spirit as our source—because faith only comes by hearing the Anointed Word.To be clear, facilitating with religion or presumption “won’t get it done!” For my first time, I did not see anyone in a courtroom, but I sensed I was in His courtroom. I noticed inside me a fight with doubt and unbelief. It was the grace of God that allowed those things to literally not get in the way of being a facilitator for “Bobby.” Instantly, in my Spirit, I settled that regardless of what I was seeing or not seeing, God’s words say that (a) I can come boldly before Him, that (b) nothing can separate me from the love of Christ, and (c) He is omnipresent. He is there even if my Spiritual senses “radioed back” that no one is there to my spirit-man!
I knew that inside His courtroom is the Seven Spirits of God, which is a synonym for the Holy Spirit. I knew Jesus was in me, and He was there as the Advocate, my Defense. I knew that angels are assigned to His court. I knew that there was a court bailiff, a particular angel’s role. I remembered the Great Cloud of Witnesses was a part of His court sessions. I didn’t remember who the Great Cloud of Witnesses were, but I knew they were there.. I knew Satan is the Accuser of the Brethren, and he was there; I remembered that I could tell him to be silent, and he was not to talk to me; he can only speak to the Just Judge. As these details of the protocol are “coming to my remembrance,” my confidence kept growing as I became aware of the kind of Peace that only comes when God draws near.”
I know that I am not talking to God as Father but as Just Judge; God cannot be without His presence because in His presence is peace and fullness of joy, and there can be no law against His nature. These are things that reassured me, and every other rational and logical part of me needed what I’m sharing because I had never taken anyone else into God’s court before! Logically, our Co-counsel is Jesus and the Seven Spirits of God, and that means I can just ask them, “What should I be asking next?,” or “What is the strategy You suggest to remove this legal right…?,” or “What would You do if You were in His situation next?,” or “How do we ask for that?” As a facilitator, I simply relay what I hear Co-counsel say for Bobby to do so that we can overturn Satan’s case against him.
We asked for God’s ruling, and we received a “not guilty.” We really received a verdict, and a real verdict produces real change.
Bobby forgave himself for his manipulative behavior and his sister for allowing it. He finally admitted to lies about himself he believed to be true, and he forgave himself for bad things he had done. For years, he had listened to and agreed with internal thoughts that came to his mind. He did not vet the voice(s) he heard, and because he did not pay attention to “who” was talking to him, he did not recognize they were demon(s) or soul wounds. He kept listening, and each time he allowed it, he became more and more in agreement to the point he now had negative feelings every time those thoughts came or when somebody in his external environment said similar words. He forgave his father and uncle for lies he believed to be true, and he forgave them for bad things they had done. He forgave his ex-wife’s behaviors toward him; he saw there were lies about his ex-wife he needed to stop believing, and eventually, he would stop.
Bobby was surprised by what came up in his case and his own corresponding experiences with interacting in God’s courtroom.
The hour had passed, and I felt the Holy Spirit wanted to speak to Bobby again; the words blurted out of me, “Well, if you decide you want help facilitating, let me know, and I’d be glad to help!” I heard a part of me want to shout, “What are you saying!” You see, as I spoke that bold statement to “Bobby,” every soul wound in me was trying to trigger and get me to run.
Why? Soul wounds often try to get us to let them lead instead of the Holy Spirit. Bobby answered okay, and he would let me know. That afternoon, we learned each of us had two meetings to go to. My first meeting unexpectedly took only fifteen minutes, and my second one was cancelled. I had a nudge to call Bobby—and he said that both of his meetings had also been cancelled.I asked if he wanted help facilitating his other two court cases. He said he would like that a lot. This second case focused on Bobby’s father, his uncle, and the dynamics between all three of them. Bobby had never met his father. His dad was in prison for a murder he did not commit and was serving the first of three life sentences. His uncle, who was involved, had never served time.
As the case unfolded, Bobby was shown lies he had believed about both his father and his uncle—and he forgave himself for believing them. He was also able to forgive each man for the hurtful things that were true.
The second court case took about an hour.PRO-TIP: The sin accusation of unforgiveness comes up at least once with 98% to 100% of every person’s court case Jesus brings to me.
PRO-TIP: Once we overturn the accusation of unforgiveness, every person I’ve walked with still needed inner healing and deliverance.
PRO-TIP: Sin wounds the soul—period. Even a repented sin leaves behind a soul wound. The soul wound still needs to be healed. When forgiveness is involved, that healing often reconnects the head and the heart.
PRO-TIP: Jesus will not heal a soul wound caused by a sin that a person will not repent for.
This final case dealt with his former marriage, child custody, and child support. This was an instance where cases against different people could be impacted through one person's case.Again, we saw the accusation of unforgiveness was used by Satan on numerous counts in his life. Each accusation means another layer to dismantle.
As we unraveled Satan’s case against him, Bobby began to see lies he had believed about his ex-wife, his son, and even about himself. He forgave himself for how he showed up in that marriage—for his decisions and his mindset. He forgave his ex-wife for the things she had done that were both hurtful and true. He forgave himself for believing lies about her. And he forgave himself for lies he believed about his son.
Once we dealt with the literal areas of unforgiveness, Satan brought up additional accusations—against both Bobby and his ex-wife.
Layer by layer, we overturned Satan’s case to where results were going to come!
Forgiveness is one of God’s laws. When we violate His law of forgiveness, Satan gains a legal right to bring accusations. But when we choose to obey that law, God gains the legal right to bless.
It’s important to clarify: I’m referring to forgiveness as it relates to sin, not just the emotional pain. Inner healing is often a separate legal layer that must also be addressed in the Courts of Heaven.
A little less than a week later, I received a text from Bobby asking if I would come over on Friday to take his mom into the Courts of Heaven—and if there was time, he hoped I could also take his wife.
He gave me two reasons. First, he and his wife wanted to start a family, and during that journey, they discovered that she had been born without a uterus. Second, he had recently lost a job where he had earned a well-deserved $200,000 salary in a security role. His scan had caught members of the C-Suite with their hands in the cookie jar, and they fired him before the report could be submitted.
Now, God had given them some income through Bobby’s coaching business, but it wasn’t anywhere near what they had before. Bobby and his family were internally fighting against fear—especially when they looked at their circumstances—instead of trusting that God is the good Father who says good fathers provide for the needs of their kids.
I asked him if his mother and wife understood why I’d be coming to the house. Did they know it was to take them into the Courts of Heaven? Were they going to be as open as he was? After all, I had learned that his mom was an atheist.
To help shorten the time it would take to explain everything, I suggested they watch a few videos by Robert Henderson and read one of his books. My former premarital counselor had actually included Robert Henderson on a list of people he recommended I study on the topic of the Courts of Heaven. Personally, I had only watched a video or two—but that was it.
Later, Bobby texted me back, and to my surprise his mother had finished the book by Robert Henderson; I believe his wife was already halfway through the book. He added that they already had sat together as a family and watched the YouTube videos by Robert Henderson. I was shocked! I told him I would see them on Friday.
On Friday, March 28, I went over to take Bobby's mom into the Courts of Heaven. I had my own stamina tested after I saw five and a half hours had flown by. I will recap some highlights. After I was introduced to Bobby's wife and mother, I asked him to sit between them to make them more comfortable. Bobby sitting between them was as much a prophetic act as a man spiritually covering and interceding for his family. His mom grew up Catholic and was an atheist. All throughout our session, his wife received deep forgiveness and additional layers of inner healing. Originally, I was supposed to facilitate her Courts of Heaven session, but I kept sensing the Holy Spirit nudging me to address other things first. He did not want this to be an in-and-out session. It became very apparent that she needed deliverance, and knowing that demons will hide, I wanted to ensure a true deliverance, not a false one. The first accusation against his mom was unforgiveness. Co-counsel suggested that she repent, get her books in the court washed, and then we take some time for her to actually forgive because obeying God’s law of forgiveness results in inner healing. As the wife watched all this, she too did some forgiving, which brought her a little inner healing.
On the morning of Saturday, March 29, I brought a female co-facilitator to help with the deliverance. When we walked up to the front door, Bobby warmly greeted us, saying something like, “Guess what!? … About two and a half hours after you left yesterday, my mom accepted Jesus for herself! There’s more! About two hours after that, my dad called from prison to talk to me. My mom walks by while I’m on the phone and asks if I’m talking to my dad. I told her I was, and she said, ‘Let me speak to him.’”That was the first time my parents had spoken to each other in over thirty years! She starts talking to him, and he gets saved; then, she starts ministering words of fire to him! During her intense prophesying to him, he received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. She’s telling him the reason he is really there is to minister to those men!His mom was delivered from a cigarette addiction; however, six months later, she started smoking again. The results of the case with Bobby’s younger sister came in April 2018, about a month and a half later. The estranged relationship between his younger sister and him had changed to such a degree that he became the first person she would call in a situation. The results of the case with Bobby’s wife and with the ability to have children came about April too. She scheduled a doctor’s appointment with the expectation her body now had a uterus miraculously given to her. The doctor took new images, walked in her room, posted the before and after images, and with a puzzled expression, the doctor confirmed she had a brand-new uterus! In April 2018, a new friend of mine—let’s call her Samantha—invited me to join a phone session. She was a veteran in the Courts of Heaven, and we’d be taking the CEO of a Christian Wildlife Conservation Park through his first COH session. He was battling a one-million-dollar lawsuit from an exiting business partner after five years. His former partner kept the kind of company that would say things like, “You’ve been in this for five years—it’s still coming together. If it were meant to be, it would’ve happened by now. You should leave. You deserve a million dollars for all your work. You should sue and walk away! This call was my first time meeting the CEO. Samantha set up the Court—a common practice at the beginning—and to my complete surprise, she asked me to lead from there. I took a long, quiet breath, prayed for a moment, and asked the Just Judge if there was an accusation against our client. I relayed that the accusation was the sin of unforgiveness. Immediately, I began seeing a broader pattern: God wants to address His Law of Forgiveness within the Body of Christ through His judicial system. That’s because unforgiveness is always a sin—and each time, it gives the Accuser legal ground to build a case against us. So, I told the CEO that the first accusation against him was unforgiveness—and that the Just Judge said it had to do with his ex-wife. He looked surprised and asked how I even knew he had been married. I said, “Umm… the Just Judge told me. We’re in the Courts of Heaven!” Between how I answered and what the Judge told me to share, his focus and expectation shot up! We unraveled the first accusation, and the blood of Jesus washed his books of that accusation clean. I asked the Just Judge if there was another accusation. He said there was—it was unforgiveness again. Curious, I asked Co-counsel why unforgiveness came back up. Co-counsel revealed that my client hadn’t forgiven God. I relayed this to him. At first, he was puzzled and insisted that wasn’t true—but after a few moments, Co-counsel spoke to him, and he said, “Oh! Wait, I do!”We walked him through the protocol for overturning objections. Each time we heard an accusation, we would simply have him repeat after us what to say.I asked the Just Judge if there was another accusation, and He said yes—it was unforgiveness again. This time, Co-counsel revealed that the client had not forgiven the people suing him.God brought deep healing to specific areas in the CEO’s life. God, the Judge, would rule “not guilty,” and the natural judge ruled in favor, saying, “…not guilty on all counts.” God restored that $1 million in less than twelve hours! God backs up His word! God was launching this ministry by taking people into the Courtroom of Heaven. Between April and May 2018, I received word of the results of Bobby’s financial case. He received a phone call from the CEO of an out-of-state security company offering him a job in sales. The CEO went on to say that he obtained Bobby’s name and resume from a former team colleague.
Bobby wasn’t interested and didn’t take the conversation very seriously—he already knew he wasn’t moving his family. And taking a sales job with no sales background didn’t make any sense to him. On top of that, it didn’t make sense to leave a situation where God was clearly getting all the glory for their provision. He told the CEO that he was a Christian and shared about the journey he and his family had been on, trusting the Lord. The CEO encouraged him to think about it—and added that he could work from home! Bobby asked about the salary. It would be $150,000 plus a $100,000 bonus, totaling $250,000 in starting compensation. After taking a full month to pray about it, he decided to accept the offer. Two weeks after he started, he was given a $25,000 base salary raise, and they decided to let him keep five percent of everything he sold after meeting his quota! In June 2018, the results came regarding the case of Bobby’s father in prison. Bobby took his first trip to visit his father, who had already spent thirty years behind bars. The visit happened three days before Father's Day. When the guard called for his father to come meet his visitor, it took about four guards to bring him. Bobby hugged his father and told him that he forgave him and loved him.Bobby stayed through Father’s Day and took his father into the Courts of Heaven to address issues related to the inmates and guards. Since then, additional evidence has begun to surface—evidence that could mean his father may not have to serve the two remaining life sentences. In July 2018, the results came in regarding the case of Bobby’s child support and custody. During the hearing, the natural judge called for a ten-minute recess. Bobby was the last to walk out the double doors. As he closed them behind him, he turned around—and saw his ex-wife standing there. She forgave Bobby on the spot. She drastically reduced her child support request, and, if I remember correctly, it became official that Bobby was granted joint custody of his son. By June 6th, what was meant to be a two-night trip turned into a three-month tour—impacting over 65 individuals across more than twenty-one cities in three states. When I returned, Jesus continued bringing breakthroughs one person at a time. On November 27, 2018, a surprise outcome emerged—one connected to all the previous cases, healing, and deliverance Bobby and his family had experienced. Throughout his life, Bobby had heard quiet rumors that he might have an older half-sister. After more than thirty-four years, he finally found her. That day, the Lord nudged him to search LinkedIn in a very specific way. You could say he followed a breadcrumb trail from the Holy Spirit. He messaged the woman—and her reply quickly confirmed: she was his sister. That weekend, she traveled from out of state to visit, and Bobby’s younger sister came in from where she lived so they could all spend the weekend together. By January 2019, over 140 individuals had been impacted across more than thirty-five cities in thirteen states. Around this time, something new began to unfold—Jesus started opening doors for me to speak to groups.
At that point, I still hadn’t received my personal breakthrough in the Courts of Heaven. But like King David, I viewed these three experiences as my lion and bear victories—fought and won before anyone knew about them but God and us. As you read earlier, Jesus—through me—was demonstrating Himself more frequently. That led to greater and greater results in people’s lives—breakthroughs they would describe as nothing short of miraculous. To stay in step with His momentum, I needed to be headquartered in Atlanta.
By late July, I needed God to tell me how to answer a constant question: “What do you do?”
His answer was, “Tell them you are on the Influencer’s Tour. Tell them that Jesus is The Influencer—because when He walks into the room, impossibility bows.”That’s what I began telling people. And on November 26, 2018, He told me, “You’ve launched!”
